License not working / Trial expired

  1. Check your email under SlideProof > Settings
  2. Check that Settings > License shows "Online" otherwise see below
  3. Send us your log file via PowerPoint > SlideProof > Support > write to help@veodin.com

License shows as Unlocked: 
When SlideProof was unlocked with a license number, the online licensing does not work. To remove your license number:
  1. Delete your Preferences by removing the following key from the registry editor: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Veodin\SlideProof
  2. Restart PowerPoint
  3. Go to SlideProof > Settings
  4. Ensure that the registered email address matches the email address assigned to an online license

Related Problems

  • If the license server can't be reached: Try another network like VPN, home connection or mobile wifi.
