When KeyRocket is running, it establishes a connection with Microsoft
Excel to enhance shortcut recognition and enable custom shortcuts. While
debugging Excel macros in the VBA editor, this connection may impair the
functions to step through your code (e.g. F8 / Step Into). As a result, the
macro execution is continued without break.
Therefore, we included a routine in KeyRocket that automatically disables the connection between KeyRocket and Excel as soon as the current VBA project is found to be in debugging mode. To activate this functionality, the Excel security settings must allow access to the VBA project model using this setting:
File à Options à Trust Center à Trust Center Settings à Macro Settings à Trust access to the VBA project object model (this checkbox must be activated)
