We understand the pain point here. Please comment why powerPoint > Review > Compare documents is not working out and what we can do better. It will be quite some time before we start this though.
At the moment there is just one sub-section in an agenda available. It would be great to have the opportunity to add more levels. For example "sub-sub-sections".10 votes

Would it be enough to make sub-sub-sections have the same layout as sub-sections but with more numbering like 2.3.1 2.3.2 etc?
Can you insert multiple slides from different packs at one time. Example in picture of three to select and then just press insert once.5 votes
While a template placeholder is selected - such as a photo/picture placeholder - and you want to insert a photo from your library straight into that placeholder on the page, you should be able to select the photo within your library and press 'insert', thereby pasting directly into that box. This should also apply to text box placeholders and text content available within your library.5 votes

So this should automatically happen, when your current selection is a placeholder and you right-click “insert”?
What should happen with pictures that are too large/don’t match the ratio?

We have to put this a bit back to focus on the productivity and color panes. This is not off the table though.
it should have a short cut key to make adding a post it note to the slide easy and write in it (I am thinking basically a yellow styled text box as a post it with text being resized when it goes beyond the border of the box).4 votes

Would you be able to add a button to send selected slides in an e-mail in both PowerPoint and PDF simultaneously? Both are separate features, but my clients often ask for both versions.4 votes
Would be nice if I could move the productivity pane to the top underneath the ribbon. Currently that doesn't work because of the separators.4 votes
Would be great to "pull" custom placeholders into a document where the master is not SlideProof ready.
- Custom Placeholders could have a "Other" category, that displays all custom Placeholders from the published Templates
- publishing Defaults with placeholders could add them4 votes
For now the best option is to publish the shapes to the Library. Their position can be fixed by publishing one shape per slide, that way inserting by double click will maintain their original position.
There is a way to automatically include and update the section name on a slide as described here
However, it would be great to
a) have this automatically on all slides
b) be able to apply this ex post to an existing presentation3 votes

Currently you can’t influence the default insert format in such a way. We are curious why that’s important for you? Is the presentation master you are working on somehow corrupted? Why does inserting into the destination theme not work for you?
The present stack function allows perfect stacking from right to left.
This is a great function.
But using labels at the left hand side of a horizontal bar needs "stacking from the left", too.
Suggestion: SlideProof should be able to stack for all four directions...2 votes

To understand better, could you comment whether you are talking about the formating style of a PowerPoint table or an Excel table? Do you mean the “table styles” when you say “current table formats”? Thanks
Would SlideProof Check be able to check for other colour word? (e.g. red words in black text)1 vote
For now you can use the check tools “Font” to find all occurences of red text. 1. Run the check. 2. Click the little “wrench” icon inside the check pane
3. Open the “Font Color” entry
Could you elaborate what you want them to collaborate? Is this about ideas/feedback or is it about slides that should be published?
With a click of a button to remove 1) all slide transitions and 2) image animations.1 vote
